What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an education-focused or operational role where I can improve processes, coordinate programs, manage accurate data and deliverables, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

I'm a Business Process Analyst at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, where I support cross-functional teams through process improvement, documentation management, reporting, and project follow-up.

I served as a subject matter expert during a company-wide project management system migration, helping teams identify gaps, improve workflows, and maintain accurate, timely deliverables.

Before moving into business operations, I taught in the Solana Beach and Lompoc Unified School Districts. That experience strengthened how I communicate complex information, build relationships, and support people with different needs.

I'm drawn to education-focused programs and operational work that requires organization, data management, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
