What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product strategy and teams that align business goals, development teams, and end users to build impactful digital products. I value opportunities to explore new technology, improve product practices, and deliver measurable outcomes.

At TELUS Digital Solutions, formerly WillowTree Apps, I lead Product Leads and shape product vision through data-driven roadmaps, strategic outcomes, and close partnerships with executive stakeholders.

I've led three teams contributing $3.6M EBITDA and more than 3M calls shifted to self-service opportunities. I have managed product vision and requirements for multimillion-dollar engagements including TELUS, Wyndham Resorts and Hotels, IQVIA, Hill-Rom, Anheuser-Busch, and Ascensus, while regularly pitching business-growth opportunities valued above $10M.

I also serve as primary Product Owner for Vocable AAC and bring hands-on experience across mobile, web, OTT, accessibility, analytics, testing, and technical requirements. Earlier, at ProCial/Invita Health, I managed product decisions from inception through launch and implemented the product for more than 1,000 users across the United States and Mexico.
