What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role that offers new challenges, opportunities to learn, and the chance to apply my logistics, service, sales, training, and communication experience.

I've supported timely freight movement at FedEx by maneuvering trailers, handling incoming and outgoing packages, and coordinating with managers, drivers, and team members to maintain efficient yard flow. I also trained new hires on safety protocols and standard operating procedures to improve team readiness.

At Robinette’s Apple Haus & Winery, I've delivered customer service during wine tastings and retail experiences, assisted product selection, and supported sales in a fast-paced environment. I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and am excited by customer-facing roles with new challenges to learn from.
