At Carmel Solution, I lead a team delivering a real-time collaboration SaaS platform and migrated its backend from REST-only to a hybrid REST and GraphQL API. I also scaled Socket.io with a Redis adapter to support 10,000+ concurrent connections.
At Kinatrax, I re-architected course progress tracking to reduce data sync errors by 85 percent and optimized MongoDB queries to bring dashboard load times from 8 seconds to under 2 seconds. Earlier at JorieAI, I delivered an order management module that reduced manual processing effort by 55 percent.
