I’m a Behavioral Technician at Autism of America, where I enrich and strengthen children’s behavioral, communication, and learning skills in a high-energy, supportive center. I work with kids ages 2–18 and help them build progress through structured, consistent care.
In this role, I directly administer lesson plans, document learning progression, and support daily routines like meals and cleanup. I work anywhere from 3–8 hours a day, and I focus on creating an environment where learning is engaging while needs are met with patience and professionalism.
Alongside my behavioral work, I’m also a Daycare Teacher at Little Blessings Daycare. I contribute to hands-on routines including toilet training, word-work, mathematics, and science, while overseeing play and eating periods—an experience that keeps my communication and classroom-ready mindset strong.
Before these roles, I built broad customer-service and team experience through delivery driving at DoorDash (including Top Dasher), hospitality support at Maru Sushi & Grill, and resident care and training at Edison Christian Health Center (including time in a supervisor position).
