I’m looking for an HR Technology/People Operations role where I can own HRIS data governance, build executive-ready KPI dashboards, and scale talent review, compensation, and training workflows with strong cross-functional partners.

I’m an HR Operations Analyst specializing in HR technology, workforce reporting, and streamlined People Operations. I transform performance, merit & bonus programs by designing clear eligibility rules, securing data visibility, and producing executive-ready reporting.

I build workforce dashboards and analytical models that support compensation decisions and labor strategy, while maintaining HRIS data structure, governance, permissions, and workflow logic across ADP and digital tracking tools. I also own Talent Review operational execution—calibration tools, succession readiness, and leader review packets—so reviews are consistent, scalable, and actionable.

I’m equally focused on enablement: I implement scalable digital HR solutions like training compliance automation, accountability workflows, and ongoing KPI scorecards (turnover, skills compliance, onboarding progression, and OHS training completion). I partner across Operations and Finance to translate business requirements into HR technology enhancements, improving both operational efficiency and employee experience.
