What I'm looking for
I’m a Human Resources Partner with a focus on transforming Talent and Culture through HR Technology, operational efficiencies, and people analytics. At Nuula (formerly BFS Capital), I rebuilt the Talent and Culture function, became interim Head of Talent and Culture, and served as a strategic partner for compensation management, performance management, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and DEI.
Over five years, I’ve led HR analytics initiatives using Excel and dashboards to turn HR data into actionable insights, supported by AIHR HR Analytics courses. Previously at SigmaSystems (acquired by Hansen Technologies), I developed global HR analytics, formalized compensation and performance review processes, led HR’s ISO 27001 implementation, and managed SAP SuccessFactors HRIS and HRIS/data management training—including global migrations.
