I seek HR roles leveraging HR systems and data to improve governance, payroll accuracy, and employee lifecycle processes, with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

I am an HR systems and business analyst with deep experience implementing and supporting digital HR solutions in large public-sector and corporate environments. I have led HR data integrity, governance, and compensation-structure management to ensure compliance and reliable payroll and reporting.

I have designed and executed career development, succession planning, recruitment, and performance management programs across multinational organizations. My work includes stakeholder collaboration, training delivery, and post-implementation support to improve user experience and business processes.

Technically, I work with Oracle HCM, UKG (Kronos), ServiceNow and advanced MS Office tools to perform large-scale data updates, auditing, and system testing (ITC and UAT). I have supported mass employee movements, job/position maintenance, and compensation frameworks in unionized settings.
