What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-first HR and talent acquisition role where I can own end-to-end recruitment, strengthen HR compliance, and support the full employee lifecycle with practical, business-aligned solutions.

I’m a dedicated Talent Acquisition and HR professional with experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and employment law. I combine HR compliance with a people-focused approach, building strong stakeholder relationships to attract, engage, and retain top talent. I’m known for delivering practical HR solutions that align with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

In my current role as an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Matchmakers D.O.O, I manage end-to-end recruitment for international candidates relocating to Serbia across multiple functions and seniority levels. I source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local channels, then conduct competency-based interviews and assess fit against business requirements. I negotiate employment offers and support smooth hiring and onboarding, including employment documentation, compliance checks, relocation support, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

I also strengthen the employee lifecycle by facilitating end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including exit interviews, final documentation, system access coordination, and compliance with local labour regulations. Previously, as an Employment Law Advisor at Tasheel in Dubai, I provided non-contentious legal advice, research, drafting, and negotiation to help employers comply with laws covering the formation and cessation of employee relationships. I also supported negotiation, mediation, and collaboration to resolve contractual disputes, while managing onboarding/off-boarding, training and development, and compensation & payroll.

Earlier, as a Legal Associate at Tecpro Solutions LLC, I prepared and reviewed IT-related contracts including SaaS agreements, software licenses, DPAs, and NDAs. I ensured compliance with data protection laws such as GDPR and DIFC, updated company policies, and researched evolving technology regulations to provide actionable guidance to internal teams.
