I'm looking for an opportunity to lead operations and teams, build strong client relationships, improve profitability, and support employee development through practical training and clear communication.

I oversee day-to-day food service operations for a K–12 public school district with Chartwells K12, leading 34 employees while managing client relationships, account profitability, talent development, marketing, and safety.

Previously, I coordinated regional marketing for 12 Midwest Eddie Merlots Steakhouse locations. I aligned promotions, menus, signage, email campaigns, vendor partnerships, and event materials while reporting campaign engagement and ROI in Excel.

My background also includes mortgage underwriting at United Wholesale Mortgage, where I reviewed financial and mortgage documentation, supported more than 20 clients daily, and ranked 15th in client happiness among 3,600 underwriters. I bring additional experience teaching, substituting, and coaching student athletes.

I’ve led campaigns, teams, and student-focused programs, including a successful Michigan House of Representatives primary campaign. I value organized operations, strong service, practical communication, and helping people succeed.
