What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level IT, Technical Support, or Customer Service role where I can use my technical foundation and communication skills, learn from experienced teams, and provide reliable, professional support. I’m open to WFH or hybrid opportunities.

At Innov BlockDevelopment Corporation, I provide day-to-day IT support for POS systems, printers, workstations, and network connectivity. I troubleshoot employee concerns and explain solutions clearly.

I’ve configured a core network switch, performed basic network troubleshooting, and applied Wi-Fi MAC address filtering. I also document support requests and help maintain organized internal IT processes.

As an IT Intern at Concentrix, I delivered Tier 1 hardware and software support and assisted with PC deployment and reimaging. During the 2024 CrowdStrike-related disruption, I followed supervisor instructions to disconnect affected production computers.

My academic work included a Java-based game, Figma UI wireframes, and a Document Tracking System for the QA Office capstone project, where I served as Communication Lead. I’ve also created digital content and promotional materials as an Instagram Brand Ambassador.
