I am a communications professional with hands-on experience in public relations, marketing, and customer care across municipal and national organizations.

At Polokwane Municipality (Leeto la Polokwane) as a System Ambassador, I was responsible for customer care, managing ticketing processes and supporting Account Based Ticketing operations while engaging up to 90 passengers.

As a Stakeholder Engagement Intern at the National Gambling Board I conducted stakeholder interventions and presented at public awareness campaigns, and at Lekgoledi Arts and Cultural Centre I managed social media, wrote website content and handled event photography.

I have design skills (Adobe InDesign, Express,Canva), media monitoring, newsletter production and website contributions with strong presentation, organising and written communication abilities, and I seek to bring measurable audience growth and clear stakeholder outcomes to my next role.
