I’m a multidisciplinary professional delivering measurable results across AI training, digital content, and education. As a Content Developer / AI Trainer (Contract) at Turing, I train and fine-tune generative AI models through prompt evaluation, response ranking, and dataset development—optimizing outputs for clarity, relevance, and factual accuracy while collaborating with distributed global teams to improve reliability.

Before that, I built content and pipelines that support growth: I created SEO-optimized scripts, blogs, digital magazine content, proposals, and web copy; generated and qualified confirmed leads; and managed scheduling, email communication, data entry, and reporting with Excel and CRM tools. I also coordinated teams as a Project Manager at Siyah Real Estate Agency in Istanbul and bring a teaching-first mindset from my work as an English & History Teacher—preparing learners for proficiency examinations and designing writing exercises that strengthen grammar, comprehension, and composition.
