What I'm looking for

I have been working towards remodeling ideas into business requirements, and driving projects (agile/hybrid) for impactful launches.

Thus, I would like to continue my career in a hybrid BA/PM roles and hoping to apply a working methodology that is mixed Project/Business Analyst duties.

I enjoy learning and exploring new areas to broaden my knowledge, perhaps it motivated me to transform from retail/wealth banking to tech professions such as agile Business Analyst and Project Manager.

- I have effectively converted requirements to results and completed projects by using both Agile and Hybrid approaches, ensuring efficiency and timely completion within agreed-upon budgets.
- I relished solving complex patterns and was skilled at using various elicitation methods, to convert ideas into actionable business requirements to drive projects forward with robust stakeholder engagement.

- Additionally, Oracle Business Intelligence, FinnOne CAS, FinnOne LMS, MS Dynamics 365 CRM, IFS Cortex, Power BI, Flex Cube, and Business Objectives.
- Tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project, and HP Application Life Cycle.

- I have a Master's degree in Business Administration, from Anglia Ruskin University, in the United Kingdom.
- I am a Scrum Master® (CSM) and a Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO), proving my expertise in agile methodologies.

- Certified in Google Data Analytics, to help converting data in to directions.
