What I'm looking for

I'm looking to move into core Product Management, owning customer problems from discovery and research through prioritization, requirements, and execution.

I turn customer problems into product and business opportunities, drawing on experience across fast-growing startups, sales, customer discovery, and data analysis.

At Nextleap, I partnered with the tech team to build an in-house Sales CRM, translating sales workflows, lead follow-up cycles, and counsellor requirements into product requirements and contributing to workflow and interface design.

I also identified a GenAI curriculum gap through market research and collaborated with Product and Curriculum teams to introduce relevant topics and tools. Managing learner journeys has strengthened my understanding of user behaviour, adoption barriers, and conversion drivers.

Previously, I translated customer challenges into AI and GenAI use cases at Great Learning and built data-analysis dashboards at IFFCO using Tableau and Excel. I’m looking to bring this customer-first approach into core Product Management and own problems from discovery to execution.
