IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At CloudCredits Technologies, I turned ambiguous business requirements and OKRs into a sequenced product roadmap, and wrote user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA for engineering delivery.
I used SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify product opportunities behind changes that lifted engagement by 15%. I also automated reporting pipelines, cutting analysis time by 40%, and facilitated UAT with stakeholders.
At NextLeap, I designed an AI-native discovery engine with MVP scope, personas, success metrics, and evaluation criteria. In self-directed projects, I designed a five-agent GenAI architecture and built a working AI support ticket triage prototype with human-in-the-loop fallback rules.
