My work requires strong language skills, including excellent writing and editing, grammar and proofreading, translation, terminology management, and attention to linguistic and cultural nuances.
I have extensive experience working with multilingual content and adapting descriptions and metadata for different audiences. I also develop and maintain archive protocols, tools, and workflows, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality across large collections of digital media.
Previously, as a Multimedia Archive Specialist at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty in Bishkek, I archived and managed video content for the Kyrgyz Bureau, improved archive procedures and media descriptions, and trained archivists while sharing my expertise with RFE/RL bureaus.
