What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Support Desk Personnel role where I can handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage accurate documentation—helping users and coordinating smoothly between clients, healthcare providers, and digital platforms.

I’ve worked in customer-facing healthcare settings, including Drugate Pharmacy in Abuja, where I processed cash, POS, and transfer transactions while keeping customer records confidential.

I also handled documentation, reporting, and data entry as a Laboratory Scientist during industrial training at Greencare Diagnostic Laboratories and supported sample tracking and record management at Benue State University Teaching Hospital.

In parallel, I supported daily communication and accurate recordkeeping at King Solomon Academy, using digital tools and presentations to keep information flowing for students and parents.

Now I’m aiming for Support Desk Personnel work where I can resolve issues, assist users with technical and help desk support, and keep coordination smooth between clients, healthcare providers, and digital systems.
