What I'm looking for

I seek a dynamic R&D role where I can apply my semiconductor expertise and contribute to innovative projects.

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Engineering Physics with extensive hands-on experience in semiconductor process development, thin film deposition, and nanoscale device fabrication within cleanroom environments. My academic journey has equipped me with a robust understanding of CMOS process flow and semiconductor device physics, which I have applied in various research projects at Michigan Technological University.

Throughout my studies, I have designed and executed experiments utilizing advanced techniques such as CVD, PLD, and photolithography. I have developed fabrication flows that optimize yield and reproducibility, and I am proficient in process diagnostics and data analysis using tools like SEM, AFM, and FTIR. My work has led to significant advancements in wafer-scale process integration for solar cell and NMOS device prototyping, demonstrating my ability to contribute effectively in fast-paced R&D environments.

As I continue my research, I am motivated to leverage my skills in a collaborative setting, focusing on innovative solutions in semiconductor technology. I am particularly interested in roles that allow me to engage in hands-on experimentation and contribute to cutting-edge developments in the field.
