At Northrop Grumman, I own dry etch and metal plating processes supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing. I develop, qualify, and sustain processes, using DOE, SPC, and statistical analysis to improve process performance and address manufacturing issues.
I also design and verify RF device layouts in Cadence Virtuoso, performing DRC/LVS and resolving manufacturability issues to support tape-outs. In my previous Northrop Grumman role, I supported microelectronic module assembly and test manufacturing and qualified advanced manufacturing equipment.
At the University of Southern California, I developed continuous-flow materials synthesis for metal nanomaterials and semiconductor quantum dots. My DoE-driven experiments and statistical modeling helped define robust process windows and increase throughput by 50%.
My research included materials characterization and data analysis, and I authored 10 peer-reviewed publications, including five first-authored papers. Earlier, as a Quality Engineer at Wyatt Technology, I tested dynamic and static light scattering instruments and collaborated with the research and development team.
