What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level Cloud Support Engineer/NOC role where I can run 24/7 monitoring, handle incident response, and troubleshoot issues using AWS, Linux, and Python automation.

I’m a B.Tech ECE graduate with a hands-on 3-month BSNL internship, monitoring and troubleshooting live production telecom infrastructure across multiple access and core technologies.

During my internship, I diagnosed live faults and supported uptime assurance in a carrier environment, covering 6+ technologies (NGN/CDOT switches, xDSL, DSLAM, FTTH, OLT, BNG). I also earned an Appreciation Certificate for my technical contribution.

I strengthen my readiness with cloud and automation skills, including AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Route 53, ELB, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch) and Linux administration (Ubuntu, SSH, systemd, log monitoring, Bash). I’ve built Python-based monitoring automation and published 2 tools on GitHub.

Right now, I’m seeking an entry-level Cloud Support Engineer or NOC role to apply real-time monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting skills in a 24/7 production environment.

Monitored and diagnosed live telecom infrastructure across NGN/CDOT switches, xDSL, DSLAM, FTTH, OLT, and BNG in a production carrier environment, resolving service-affecting faults. Supported network planning, maintenance, and uptime assurance for government telecom infrastructure and received an Appreciation Certificate for technical contribution.
