Designed and launched a multi-country seller performance framework across MENA, improving on-time delivery by 4% and lifting NPS by 10. Owned marketplace P&L and led the end-to-end launch and scale-up of Seller Flex from pilot to 20% of order volume in 3 months.

Led a 12-member seller support and operations team across UAE, Egypt and KSA, handling 50K+ queries and improving First Contact Resolution, Average Handling Time and Time to Resolution. Scaled in-house fulfillment (FBC) order share from 8% to 20% and supported the Quick Marketplace launch.

Built the seller support function from scratch for a newly launched marketplace, designing ticket workflows, escalation paths and a custom KPI framework. Defined marketplace policies, SOPs, help pages, knowledge base and training content to standardize operations.

Mentored 8-person teams on seller platform operations, Brand Registry and internal tools, and ran performance reviews and 1:1 coaching. Led the seller communications rollout for major platform updates across Amazon India.

Core contributor to the Amazon Australia and UAE marketplace launches, including seller-interface testing, Brand Registry, API validation and SOP development. Scaled from 0 to 50K+ sellers in 2 years.
