I'm looking for a sales or business operations role where I can improve reporting accuracy, manage complex order pipelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and grow within a global, fast-moving business.

At Indicaa Group FZE, I support the Africa sales desk by tracking and executing a live order book of 218,717 MT and USD 62.15M across six export markets. I own order tracking, leadership MIS, fulfilment reporting, and coordination between sales, procurement, logistics, finance, and documentation.

I've corrected reporting defects affecting 2,808 MT, 110 containers, and approximately USD 1.23M, built a six-tab Africa Sales Operations Dashboard, and developed reconciliation tools for buyer claims. I bring advanced Excel, Power BI, process discipline, and clear cross-time-zone coordination to fast-moving trading operations.
