I'm building an AI-powered PropTech platform at eReal that turns live social-message streams into qualified real-estate leads. The product monitors 283 Facebook groups and Telegram channels across four countries and has processed 78,000+ messages, producing 1,233+ qualified leads.

I define ICPs, JTBD maps, user stories, market-prioritisation models, funnel metrics, onboarding flows, and customer-research scripts. I also use LLMs and MCP integrations as part of my working method, while retaining responsibility for validation and correctness.

Previously, at Gazprom Neft STC, I took the Digital Twin of the Laboratory from concept to MVP and rollout. I initiated the AI track for core-photo recognition, organised training-data labelling with domain experts, and designed ML microservice integration into the production platform; the model reached 95%/86% accuracy and operated 50× faster.

I'm a co-author of RF Patent No. 2760105 and a software registration certificate for the Digital Twin of the Core and Fluid Analysis Laboratory. My earlier 11 years in geology and core-analysis laboratories give me the domain depth to translate complex industrial processes into shippable products.
