I'm currently supporting MetLife Japan's bancassurance digital initiatives at Capgemini, handling GSSP platform requirements for major and regional banks and reviewing JRDs and user stories for system and downstream-process alignment.
At Carelon Global Solutions, I worked on PEGA-based claims migrations that enabled a seamless transition for 95% of users from legacy systems. I supported the full claims lifecycle, delivered API search and inventory reporting, and helped automate corrected billing claims processing for around 10,000 claims per month.
I bring a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, gap analysis, UAT, production support, and Agile delivery across healthcare and insurance operations.
