As Section 504 Accessibility Program Lead and Compliance Trainer, I translate legal accommodation mandates into practical workplace behaviors. I led a compliance overhaul through multimodal training, SOPs, decision-tree workflows, and job aids designed to reduce documentation errors and close audit vulnerabilities.
