I’m a mathematics educator and curriculum designer with hands-on experience building aptitude courses and structured learning materials for NGO-facing, low-resource student cohorts. I actively design and deliver programs across two live NGO initiatives, with a strong focus on diagnostic-led design and graded difficulty sequencing.

In my remote work, I’ve designed from scratch a 2-week math aptitude course that starts with a diagnostic pre-test to baseline understanding and then tracks progress throughout the program. I sequence concepts to build fluency before moving into exam-style problems, and I iterate pacing and delivery using pilot-phase feedback and learner performance data.

I also create progressive, classroom-ready worksheet series for Grade 3–4, using graded difficulty, visual cues, and real-world contexts to improve engagement and retention. I coordinate with foundation educators to refine content based on learner outcomes during feedback cycles.

Alongside teaching, I bring B2B EdTech venture experience from Catalyst Kits, where I led end-to-end pedagogy and content design for an offline-first foundational numeracy kit. In a structured NGO pilot, cohort performance improved 86%→97%, and 100% of learners achieved the “Mastery band,” giving me clear evidence of curriculum effectiveness.
