At Solsarc, I design grade-wise mathematics units, lesson plans, workbooks, teacher guides, and assessments for Grades 1–10. I use concept-to-concrete-to-pictorial-to-abstract sequencing, UDL principles, and accessible design to support diverse learners.

I pilot materials in classrooms, analyse teacher and student feedback, and refine content using assessment data. I also collaborate with special educators, therapists, and teachers to align instruction with individual learning goals and interventions.

Previously, as Head of Department – Mathematics at 7i World School, I led a four-member department and overhauled the mathematics curriculum for stronger vertical alignment. My remediation programme raised the cohort mathematics average from approximately 55% in Grade 6 to approximately 70% in Grade 9 and roughly tripled the number of students scoring above 80%.

Across Inkstall, BYJU'S, T.I.M.E, and school settings, I've taught and supported learners across IGCSE, ICSE, CBSE, SSC, NIOS, Maharashtra Board, and online platforms. I bring experience in teacher coaching, assessment quality, learning-gap analysis, differentiated instruction, and practical mathematical learning.
