At Aavishkaar: Center for STEM, I lead the Math Team in building conceptual understanding and empowering teachers with effective pedagogy. I create contextual math content for K–10 and co-create and facilitate sessions for students, teachers, and teacher coaches.
At LEAD School, I managed academic implementation across 25+ affordable private schools in the Jabalpur Cluster. I trained and coached school leaders, coordinators, and teachers, and created training content based on each school’s needs.
At Teach For India, I taught grades 6–8 and designed inquiry-based lessons that accelerated math outcomes by 45%. I also designed and managed Madly Maths, a city-wide math fest reaching 500+ students from 25 classrooms.
