I’m looking to lead UX- and quality-focused frontend engineering—building scalable React/Next.js systems, modernizing legacy code, and driving practical AI adoption with Claude Code.

I’m a Senior Frontend Engineer with 15+ years building enterprise financial platforms and multi-tenant SaaS, with a strong UX/UI focus. I lead structured AI adoption using Claude Code, including a formal prompt engineering curriculum, and I contribute to product and UX decisions—not just implementation.

At Caldwell Trust Company, I maintain and modernize a mission-critical staff portal for 100+ financial workflows. I co-led a 15-month migration to functional React within an Nx monorepo, architected a shared component library (52 core components, 152 variants, 99 reusable hooks), and refactored complex financial workflows including a 3,700-line Trade Proposal system with automated tax documentation.

Previously at Mediagistic, I progressed from Senior Frontend Developer to Team Lead and Manager, leading an 8-person frontend/design team while staying hands-on.
