What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead operations and HR initiatives, drive retail performance, manage teams, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

I am an energetic, detail-oriented general manager with extensive experience in operations, retail management, human resources, and social media marketing. I have led recruitment, training, payroll, procurement, supplier relations, and daily/monthly financial reporting to maintain budgetary efficiency and excellent customer care.

In my current role I manage multi-site retail operations, build and maintain invoice and sales databases, and coordinate with medical centers and suppliers to ensure patient-focused service. I have also planned and executed marketing campaigns, social content, and promotions to drive sales and successful outlet openings.

I bring strong administrative and event-management experience from education and nonprofit contexts, solid Microsoft Office skills, 50 wpm typing speed, and a commitment to philanthropy and community service. I am pursuing an MSc in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management to broaden my strategic HR expertise.
