What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting healthcare operations through care coordination, medical administration, accurate documentation, and process improvement while growing through my Master's in Healthcare Administration.

At New England Life Care, I coordinate home infusion care services across nursing teams, patients, vendors, and contracted nursing agencies.

I manage scheduling workflows for requested, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, declined, and delivered visits while documenting patient and healthcare-team interactions in electronic records. I also create standard operating procedures and train staff to support consistent, quality care.

Previously, I maintained accurate HIPAA-compliant medical records and provided front-line customer service, scheduling, and technology support at Fitchburg State University’s library.
