I’m a detail-oriented Project and Logistics Management Professional supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives and global programs in fast-paced environments. I’m known for coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to track timelines, manage logistics, and support budget oversight.
In my current role as an Installation Project Manager, I manage end-to-end installation execution—scheduling, budget tracking, coordination, and administrative oversight. I serve as the primary point of contact for customers on service and warranty requests, streamlining workflows like quotes for replacement materials and repairs, end-to-end warranty processing, order entry and tracking, lead-time monitoring, and technician scheduling—so projects and service needs are delivered on time.
Previously, as Manager, Fleet Programs (& Facilities Project Management) at Baxter Healthcare, I led day-to-day strategic operations for 1,100+ leased vehicles and Facilities-related programs across the U.S. and Canada. I oversaw a $10M fleet budget and $75M global facilities program spend, improved efficiency through process optimization and cross-collaboration, and expanded integrated facilities solutions across regions while strengthening safety and compliance outcomes.
