What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support smooth daily operations through administration, customer service, record-keeping, scheduling, and inventory management while continuing to learn new systems.

I've supported day-to-day operations at Dr. William Thuo Veterinary Clinic by managing medication, vaccine, and supply inventory while maintaining accurate stock records.

I keep patient and treatment documentation organized and easy to retrieve, prepare reports, and maintain filing systems for clinic records and supplies. I also schedule appointments, respond to client inquiries, and help clients understand care plans.

Previously at Stans Hardware, I handled customer inquiries, product recommendations, inventory records, stock levels, and store displays. I supported sales through proactive client engagement and reliable follow-up.

I'm organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with strong administrative support, communication, and MS Office skills. I quickly learn new systems and help teams keep operations running smoothly.
