At Toro Manufacturing, I own documentation for a full product line, including owner’s manuals, installation manuals, and service bulletins. I research and validate new topic-based content using sources including the shop floor, Windchill, SAP, and SMEs.
I also edit legacy documents for current online and print standards. I work with in-person and remote teams to create and refine documentation.
At Polaris, I led a team of writers creating 50+ work instructions for the Carbide vehicle launch. I also led training on documentation procedures, workflows, and communication standards with engineering groups.
At Cargill R&D Facility, I coordinated with subject matter experts on lab documentation, developed new Accelerator KMS applications, and trained lab technicians on the system. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Communication and Professional Writing from Metropolitan State University.
