Serves as an unlicensed clinical supervisor for a mobile crisis team, supporting crisis triage, risk assessment, and in-person crisis intervention. Provides onsite therapeutic support, supervision to unlicensed clinical and peer staff, and referrals to appropriate levels of care and aftercare services.

Provides individual, family, and group counseling and intensive clinical case management, including assessments and person-centered treatment plan development. Coordinates outreach and engagement for SAGE participants with legal aid partners, maintains Medi-Cal compliant documentation, and supervises MSW/MFT interns while facilitating trainings.

Provided in-home support including medication reminders, transportation and errands, companionship and safety, light housekeeping and laundry, meal preparation, and assistance with bathing and eating. Assisted with medication management, served as a liaison with family members and the care team, and documented shift activities and notable changes.

Managed housing-focused casework for 30–50 residents, including assessment administration and accurate record keeping in housing systems. Provided holistic housing advocacy and support such as application assistance, document coordination, and landlord rapport-building to link residents to appropriate housing services.

Assisted professionals with studies and surveys and supported field activities alongside social workers when available. Helped with crisis intervention and violence prevention trainings and participated in community public relations and public speaking requests on behalf of the organization.

Earned a Master of Social Work at Azusa Pacific University.

Completed a B.A. in Media and Cultural Studies at the University of California, Riverside.

Completed an A.A. in Social Sciences at Laney College.
