Lead implementation of Hive Literacy, a needs-based literacy support program, coordinating instruction and progress monitoring across Lower School. Partner with teachers and leadership to analyze assessment results, identify learning needs, and plan targeted, measurable instructional support.

Design and adapt sequenced literacy lessons, phonics activities, and instructional materials using Benchmark Intervention and UFLI. Develop differentiated lessons and adapted assessments, including Bridges mathematics assessments, to meet varied learning needs.

Designed and refined standards-aligned ELA, mathematics, science, and social studies materials for diverse learners. Developed engaging lessons with clear learning targets, hands-on activities, differentiation, and formative assessments.

Created instructional videos, interactive digital lessons, and self-directed asynchronous activities through Toddle for virtual learning. Collaborated with the Curriculum, Teaching & Learning Director to revise student reporting standards, aligning them with Creative Curriculum and U.S. educational standards.

Adapted instructional materials and learning activities for K–5 students with diverse learning needs, supporting individualized academic and behavioral goals. Collaborated with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to implement IEPs, inclusive instructional strategies, and evidence-based interventions.

Master of Education in International Teaching from Framingham State University, completed in 2021.
