What I'm looking for
I am a trilingual training specialist and education designer with a solid background in customer service and onboarding across international contact centers. From 2010 to 2020 I worked as a trilingual customer service agent for multiple global providers, building deep front-line experience supporting multicultural customers.
Since 2020 I have focused on learning design and training delivery at Fiverr Ltd., where I developed onboarding programs, instructional materials, and knowledge bases for new agents. I co-founded and edit Cortadito.news, a Spanish-language newsletter serving over 2k subscribers, where I act as writer, editor, publication manager, and creative director.
My education includes diplomas in Art History and Jungian psychology, a trilingual high-school degree, and coursework in prompt engineering. I bring strengths in training program development, instructional material creation, public speaking, and team mentoring, and I seek roles where I can design learner-centered programs that improve customer experience and employee performance.
