What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead instruction and special education initiatives, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and use data-informed decision-making to improve outcomes—while contributing to professional growth, effective communication, and continuous improvement.

I’m an education professional with more than 20 years of success leading instructional initiatives, implementing curriculum, and supporting diverse learners. I focus on improving student outcomes by partnering with educators, administrators, and families to move work forward with clarity and follow-through.

In my current role, I lead instructional initiatives aligned with district and state standards to improve student achievement. I develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and I analyze student performance data to inform instructional decisions and monitor progress.

I’m energized by collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership—building productive relationships with families, colleagues, and community stakeholders while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. I also bring strengths in strategic planning, professional development and training, project coordination, process improvement (including MTSS), and cross-functional collaboration.
