I am a passionate educator and learning & development specialist with over 18 years of teaching experience, curriculum design, and mentoring. I have led full-day kindergarten implementations, designed phonics and phonemic-awareness units using Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and developed professional learning resources for new educators.

As an elementary lead teacher and mentor, I provide onboarding support, coach colleagues, and align curriculum to Common Core standards. I have experience delivering trainings, facilitating professional development, and producing curriculum maps and instructional materials that support inclusive classrooms and differentiated instruction.

I bring a lifelong learner attitude, strong instructional design and facilitation skills, and a track record of leadership in school and service settings. I seek roles where I can continue to improve teacher practice, build high-quality curricula, and support student-centered learning.
