I’m looking for a GTM or growth role where I can own demand generation and paid media end-to-end, pair HubSpot-driven marketing ops with AI automation, and measure success through MQL/SQL conversion and revenue forecasting.

I’m a GTM and digital marketing specialist focused on turning pipeline into measurable outcomes. I lead SDRs to keep leads actively pursued and advanced through the sales funnel.

In demand generation, I build end-to-end campaign management with rigorous follow-up automation. I work across inbound and outbound marketing strategy using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Sales Navigator, Clay, Wiza, and AI native GTM processes (e.g., Claude) to establish repeatable demand generation systems.

I manage marketing operations with HubSpot CRM management, conversion reporting (conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs), and revenue forecasting for management. I also create dashboards and reports, plus implement app integrations to keep execution measurable and scalable.

On the paid side, I’ve managed advertising channels from start to finish across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn, experimenting with formats like document ads, thought leadership ads, dynamic product ads, Discovery ads, and Performance Max. I’ve consistently generated strong performance—such as 8X RoAS and sustained improvements like reducing CPL by more than 50%, and generating 5X ROI yearly and 50X in pipeline MoM.
