At Holiday Inn Roanoke-Tanglewood, I manage HR communications, employee records, personnel changes, background checks, payroll data, and end-to-end recruiting coordination for hourly and salaried roles.

I use Workday HCM to maintain accurate HRIS data, support onboarding and orientation, manage confidential personnel files, and help employees navigate HR self-service systems. I also coordinate IHG brand standards training and employee engagement initiatives across hotel departments.

Previously, at GTA Workforce Services, I supported recruiting, employee relations, compliance, policy communications, and training coordination across multiple client accounts. I bring more than five years of hands-on HR operations experience, backed by a Master of Human Resource Management and Workday HCM certification.
