What I'm looking for

I seek roles in talent acquisition or HR where I can scale full-cycle recruiting, improve hiring metrics, mentor junior recruiters, and support fast-paced, growth-oriented teams.

As a Recruiter focusing on full-cycle recruitment, including (searching candidates - CV screening - interviewing and onboarding). I am responsible for hiring qualified candidates for positions such as Marketing - Cloud & Tech and Cybersecurity to meet the company’s needs, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

I use diverse sourcing strategies including Boolean and LinkedIn search, job boards, university events and seminars, and maintain ATS records in Greenhouse and an in-house candidate database to keep talent pipelines ready.

I am currently studying for a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice to further strengthen my HR foundation.
