At Flook, I own end-to-end candidate screening and interviewing across EMEA, producing candidate briefing and evaluation reports while partnering with the Engagement team to develop new client leads.

I've completed more than 40 C-suite searches at Heidrick & Struggles and owned five high-profile mid-senior and executive searches at Talent Melon. My work spans candidate sourcing, cold calling, competency-based interviews, search documentation, talent mapping, and ongoing client and candidate communication.

Alongside recruitment, I coach English students across corporate English, IELTS, TOEFL, and general English. I currently teach 12 students concurrently and bring native English and Farsi, plus C1 Turkish, to cross-cultural work with clients and candidates across EMEA.

I've also delivered recruitment, copywriting, translation, data annotation, marketing, lead generation, and database-management projects across corporate and startup environments.
