I’m looking to join Eskom as a Service Agent where I can deliver efficient customer support, maintain accurate records, and contribute to operational excellence—using calm conflict resolution, strong communication, and reliable data capturing.

I’m a Customer Service Professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English and 2+ years of experience in customer-facing and administrative roles. I bring a strong track record of handling queries, managing records, and communicating effectively to keep service delivery moving.

In my recent work as a Data Capturer, I accurately captured and updated customer/patient data while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. I supported document processing and administrative workflows, ensuring information was reliable, organized, and aligned with organisational processes.
