At Richemont, I led the separation of Moscow and Kyiv IT operations from Geneva’s centralized infrastructure, maintaining service without disruption and coordinating closely with Geneva HQ. The Russia carve-out was completed in February 2025 and the Ukraine carve-out in September 2025.
As Head of IT at Richemont (Russia & CIS), I owned IT strategy, operations and a EUR 1–1.5M annual budget for a business operating boutiques in Moscow and Kyiv. I took the business from boutique-only retail to omnichannel operations by launching models for Cartier and Montblanc across five boutiques.
At Coty, I ran IT operations during the integration of P&G’s Beauty business and built a Service Desk model for nationwide operations. Earlier, as Application & Infrastructure Manager, I led an ERP implementation and infrastructure build-out, including the migration of data and processes from 1C to SAP.
I began in 1C programming and systems administration, migrating ERP systems and building management reporting and IT environments. At Richemont, I now drive the group’s global IT Asset Management program and develop business continuity arrangements for separated markets.
