What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer or technical support role where I can resolve user issues, communicate clearly across digital channels, learn new systems, and work independently in a remote or customer-focused environment.

I'm currently supporting customers at IT Africa through chat, email, and online channels, helping resolve account, service, and technical issues.

I use CRM and ticketing systems to track requests, maintain accurate records, document interactions, and escalate complex issues when needed. I explain technical information clearly to customers with different levels of technical knowledge.

My IT Systems Support training, customer-facing experience at Kilimanjaro Lodge, and freelance AI/data quality work have strengthened my troubleshooting, documentation, data validation, and remote-work skills.
