Wongani Lapani

At the Ministry of Agriculture, I prepared official correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports, and helped organize stakeholder details and follow-up activities.

As a Field Supervisor for the National Agriculture Census at National Statistical Office (NSO), I supported field activities, shared updates, and reviewed collected information for completeness and accuracy.

At Chitedze Research Station — Office of Plant Pathology, I recorded observations, organized research data, and contributed to written reports while following established processes.

I’m seeking to apply my communication, documentation, and data-management experience to customer support at iClosed. I’m interested in developing practical skills with customer support platforms, scheduling tools, and automation software.
