What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote customer service role, and I’m interested in remote customer service and technical support opportunities. Availability and working hours are to be agreed with the employer.

At Matrak Freight Services, I assisted users with computer-related questions and technical issues. I installed operating systems, configured software applications, and troubleshot hardware, software, and internet connectivity problems.

I also helped users understand computer systems by explaining practical solutions, and supported routine system maintenance and network connectivity.

At United Chemicals Limited, I maintained inventory, order, and stores records, entered and updated digital information, and checked shipment details for accuracy. I’m a final-year Bachelor of Computer Applications (Online) student at IGNOU.
