At FO Technologies, I’m the founder and sole engineer behind a production point-of-sale and AI platform for Mexican pharmacies. It’s live at a pharmaceutical distributor and its three pharmacies, processing about $700K MXN in monthly sales.
I built Starlight to turn supplier invoice PDFs into pharmacy product records, including lots and expiry dates. Its self-improving RAG learns supplier layouts from admin corrections, and replacing an LLM orchestrator with deterministic matching cut average AI cost per invoice from $0.19 to about $0.06.
I also shipped a WhatsApp sales agent that sends complete orders to the POS, and a conversational analytics agent that gets its numbers from SQL. My work includes CFDI 4.0 compliance and banking-grade authorization; at Essensa, I built and launched an e-commerce store end to end.
